Classes are booked in blocks of terms, ranging from 6 to8 weeks commonly.

£13.50per class (from £81 to £108 per term).

A pre class assessment is often necessary (£35).

A very careful (and chatty) class where people work on their individual programmes. We use all of the equipment and the studio is a complete mess by the time we’ve finished! Mens PilatesThe Men’s Class - Many more men have joined the classes over the years, mostly husbands or boyfriends of the clients, intrigued about what their better half was up to. Most classes are now mixed however there was a request for a men’s class. This includes a lot of stretching and faster paced core work (we like to sneak the odd coordination exercise in to challenge them as well).

BackThe Back Class – Run by me specifically for people with chronic back pain or who have had back surgery. We use all the equipment and, although we start and finish working as a group, people tend to work on their own individual programs. A variety of levels in the class, some gentle, some more advanced. This class is the best for cakes at the end of term! (thank you Janet!!).
